Our Policy
NEW: Due to the increase in both bank and merchant (credit card processing) charges, we will no long accept credit card
payments. When you submit an order, we will email your payment due and you can mail in a check or money order. We will ship
your bear once payment is received. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We would have had to almost double our bear prices
in order to keep credit card payments. And we just didn't want to that!
Our Guarantee
We take great pride in our work and we guarantee what we sell. If you are not satisfied with your bear, please let us know and we'll
take care of it for you.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our bears we are unable to accept returns. However, if we make a mistake on your bear we will replace
the sweater for you at no charge. If the customer makes a mistake on the sweater, there is a charge for the sweater and shipping
only.
